All cats must be immunised against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Feline Flu and owners must provide an up to date booster vaccinaton certificate on checking in.

 

No cat suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious diseases will be accepted.

 

All cats will be examined on arrival and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health.

 

We ask that worming and flea treatments are up to date and if whilst in the care of the cattery, this is deemed necessary, costs will be charged to the owner.

 

Vet treatment costs may be met by Ferndene Cattery Ltd if your cat becomes ill whilst in our care. Pre existing conditions are not covered by the terms of our insurance policy and therefore must be paid for by the owner.

 

During busy periods we often have a waiting list. Every effort will be made to fill empty chalets due to cancellations. In the event that this is not possible, the full amount of the stay will be chargeable.

There will be no refund for late arrival or early collection.

 

CHARGES

 

1 cat       £12.50   per day

2 cats     £18.50  per day

3 cats     £23.00  per day

 

All charges include food, heating and insurance. Charges are per day therefore the day of arrival and departure is charged for.
